Hi, thanks so much for these tips! My blogs usually do bring readers and responses. One thing I do is engage with the readers. Answer questions in responses and make clarifications where needed. I think they appreciate that I take the time to talk to them.

Hi there, I have to say this is a nice description. Such insighful writing is not very common these days. Informed comment like this has to be applauded. I'll certainly be looking in on this blog again in the near future.

Follow-ups can certianly be tricky in any market, whether the SMB or Enterprise market. The idea of the agenda is great for a second, third, fourth, etc calls, and I've found that from the very first call, one can enlist this same concept as a post-agenda recap that helps keep everyone on the same page - especially since the 30-second commercial, 140 character world in which we live affords us the time to forget easily. After the first call, I'll send a thank-you-recap e-mail with "Why" (why did we talk/prospect's issues), "What" (what I recommend to solve the Why), and "Oohs and Ahhs" (bullet points of what they said they liked, would use, was really cool, etc.). Since all of these e-mail are stored in my CRM, I can go back to them, use them in conversations, and re-send them as points to discuss on future agendas.
